How to Prepare for a Distance Healing Session
Schedule and Environment: Choose a quiet time and place where you won't be disturbed. The comfort of your own home can be ideal. Ensure a relaxing atmosphere, perhaps by dimming the lights or using soft music.
Set the Intention: Before the session, take a moment to set your intention or goal for the healing. Whether it's for physical healing, emotional release, or general wellbeing, having a clear intention can enhance the session's effectiveness.
Comfortable Position: Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Use cushions or blankets for extra comfort if needed.
